Why Love Hurts Girls
A short chain letter where meeting the parents goes wrong.
This is going to be a fairly short one since it's pretty uninteresting, but hey, I don't make the chain letters.
It's a pretty simple letter, with the format of a back and forth phone conversation. It starts with a sentence introducing the reader to Amber and Ronnie, who are boyfriend and girlfriend. Wasting no time, it goes straight into the dialogue. Amber wants Ronnie to come over to meet her parents, and Ronnie is seemingly on board with the ordeal. He asks what time she wants him to come over, and she tells him that they'll be back at six the next day.
Amber then mentions an annoying tapping sound that Ronnie pretends not to notice. Amber thinks he's pulling a prank, and says it's hurting her ears, but Ronnie denies any malpractice. Amber then notices knocking at the door, checks it, and sees Ronnie with the phone and a knife. What follows next is pretty obvious, and then for good measure Ronnie kills the parents when they come back too.
The prompt for getting you to spread it is your stock standard "the ghost girl will crawl out from your bed and kill you and it'll be really gross" threat and demanding the reader share it with the title "Why Love Hurts Girls." Apparently eight people have already died because of the letter. Not that impressive, some of these other ones have way higher kill counts. Amber needs to step up her meaningless slaughter game.
Overall it's just a very generic chain letter without much going for it. But hey, had a few people send it in. You know how it is.
